 i'm still at my mom's for thanksgiving. i love being home. i'm not sure i ever want to leave!

i've been watching supernatural for about two months now, averaging two and a half episodes a day (seriously...) and i'm almost done with the show. they're still making new episodes but i'm nearly finished with season 7 and then i'll watch what's out of season 8 and then i'll be forced to watch one episode a week like a normal human being. it's been a crazy ride.

hope you all had a great thanksgiving! i ate so much throughout the day that i ended up only having some asparagus and salad for dinner, haha!

i've been gone again, i know, and i'm sorry for that.

see, i've got no internet at my apartment. i've had none for a while now. the only thing time warner will tell me is that it has something to do with the storm, which is ridiculous, because that was weeks ago and i've used the internet at my apartment since it happened. 

still, nothing. 

i'm considering switching my service. is that even possible? i don't know.

anyway, now i'm in pennsylvania visiting my mom for thanksgiving. 

and my cat.

we are watching benny and joon, which is a wonderful film.

i'll try to get some outfit posts up while i'm here, and hopefully by the time i get back into the city my internet will be back up!

 wow this is my first actual outfit post in like forever and its just something i threw on to go get some groceries, haha. i have a lot of homework to do and it's sunday so that's what i'll be spending my day doing :(

i need to dye my hair again but i'm having sort of a crisis about it. the manic panic that i've been using really doesn't last long at all, but when i use special effects the colour tends to be a lot more pink than i want it to be although it does last longer. so i'm not sure what to do!

i'm working on cleaning my apartment/closet/life and i have like three garbage bags full of clothes that i'm hoping to sell to beacon's closet... once i talk someone into helping me carry three garbage bags full of clothes to beacon's closet :)

this is my "waiting for the polls to close but already voted absentee a month ago" face. 

i'm happy. i'm so, so happy that america seems to have gotten its shit together. we have made a decision NOT to vote for the men that define rape as "legitimate" and "not legitimate". we have made a decision NOT to vote for the men who call rape babies "blessings from god." we have said, loud and clear, that we will not elect rape apologists. 

not in this country. 

and we will elect a lesbian in wisconsin, we will elect a woman in many states, and we will vote to allow same-sex couples equal rights in maine, maryland, and washington. we will take that step forward. and we will keep taking steps forward.

hey guys! i'm doing ok. i live in the part of manhattan that lost power which is why i haven't been around. i hope you all are doing well.

i've had some things happen in my personal life lately that just have been bad (and my fish died in the power outage! :( ) but hopefully i can get back on track soon.
